According to the official website of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, airports in Northeast China handled 6.916 million passengers in July 2021, up 52.8% year-on-year and down 10.5% year-on-year. A total cargo throughput of 40,000 tons was completed, up 6.8% year on year, down 10.0% year on year in 2019. A total of 69,000 aircraft took off and landed, up 25.7 percent year on year and down 1.3 percent year on year.

From January to July of 2021, airports in Northeast China handled 36.87 million passengers, up 73.2% year-on-year, and down 23.8% year-on-year. The total cargo throughput was 295,000 tons, up 11.8% year on year, down 8.7% year on year in 2019. A total of 376,000 aircraft took off and landed, up 51.7 percent year-on-year and down 13.4 percent from 2019.
